Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

6. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not liable for lost packages

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
